Hi. I'm a vet nurse. Of course I love animals, but also good people and communication skills are very important, so your patients requirements are met with as little stress to your patients as possible. Also very important is of course patients. You must have the patience of a saint, if you can imagine. This animal maybe having routine check or surgery or sadly as often is critical condition, regardless of the circumstances the animal will be suffering differing levels of stress which can make any procedure a little difficult and longer than planned. So go fourth you saints. Oh, did i mention seven to nine years of university? Good luck
