The appropriate daily amounts. Growing taller is mostly about providing your body with the nutrients that are necessary to attain your genetic potential. There isn't any particular vitamin that will magically increase your height. Just be sure you're getting enough protein, calcium, vitamin D, phosphorus, sodium, and other vitamins and minerals.
