Exercise is only half of the equation. You also need to eat healthy. Eat three good meals a day, but make sure it is not sugary of fatty food.

okay hunny, i know this isn't going to answer your question, but being 13 years old and weighing 86 pounds is not healthy. honestly, 108 pounds is a good weight for your age. to lose 22 pounds will also make you lose vitamin and minerals your body needs to stay healthy. you could become really sick if you just exercise and quit eating. i would suggest to do exercise 3 to 4 times a week and make sure you're eating. sure, cut down on the cookies and cakes, but don't totally give up food. hope this helps =)
