Normal weight = 18.5-24.9 . . . your bmi is 21.5, girl! don't listen to what anybody says, do you think you're overweight? Many people come in very different sizes, structures, and shapes! if you feel fat, why not try eating healthily and excercising for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week : ) ^v^ . . . be happy with who you are!
I deleted the comment above because that girl was just plain nonsense!
A healthy weight for someone 5 feet and 5 inches would be in a range from 114-144 pounds. Male- between 99 and 141 lbs Female- 98 to 145 lbs kidshealth.org
between in 114 AND 127 lbs the best 114lbs
It depends on the how much muscle the person has. If there is a formula for this type of problem, I am not aware of any.
It depends on the age of the person.
114 lbs :)
114-125 lbs
(114 pounds 2 oz) - (109 pounds 8 oz) = 4 pounds 10 oz
It makes you larger than average, but 'fat' is a matter of perspective. If you are healthy and fit as you are, then no.
A gallon of fat weighs about 7.4 Lbs...
fat
it is overwieght but it doesnt mean your fat.
It totally depends on your muscle mass, skeletal structure, body fat%, distribution of that fat, and most importantly, YOUR perception of fat!!!
