Aloha: maka nani [ma-ka na-nee]
Hawaiian: Beautiful = nani African: there is no such language as "African"
In Hawaiian, you can say "Aloha e nā maka ʻālohilohi" to convey "Good morning beautiful brown eyes." Here, "Aloha" means "good morning" or a form of greeting, and "nā maka ʻālohilohi" translates to "the beautiful eyes." While "brown" isn't explicitly included, the phrase captures the essence of the compliment.
CORRECTED: This is very odd because there is no exact equivalent. Uli [oolee] is used when speaking of a deep blue sea; polū [po-loo] is used when speaking of clothes and eyes. 'Uki 'uki [ookee] is a berry that is used to make blue dye, so sometimes we say this when referring to a blue in general. Nani [nah-nee] is beautiful.
maka ʻālohilohi [ma-ka I-lo-hee-lo-hee]
Aloha. Answer; maka
The Hawaiian translation for beautiful is nani.
To say "blue sky" in Hawaiian, you would say "lani ākea."
maka polū nani [ma-ka po-loo nah-nee]
nani
Puanani
Aloha; nani maka ʻomaʻomaʻo [nahnee maka o-ma o-ma o]
I would have to say blond hair. I know two people with blond hair and blue eyes and they look beautiful. I think the lighter the hair the better. But, that is only if they have bright blue eyes. If they have dark blue eyes I would have to say dark brown or black. I use to have blue eyes but now I don't they changed color. I have dark brown hair and they were dark brown and beautiful. So this is my opinion. hope this helps.
