It's not good to go to either extreme. Most people are at their ideal, natural weight somewhere in the middle of the BMI scale, at about 21-22. Of course, it depends on the individual, though.
The BMI (Body Mass Index) charts are used to find where your height and weight intersect on the chart to indicate your BMI. Or you can use this easy calculator on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) site, where you can also find more information on why the BMI calculations are useful. (see link to site below).
yes but it depends it can either make it higher or lower
BMI (Body Mass Index) does not account for muscle mass, so a stronger individual with more muscle may have a higher BMI compared to someone with a similar height and weight but less muscle. However, a higher BMI does not necessarily indicate better health; it's important to consider body composition and overall fitness. Stronger individuals may have a higher BMI while still being healthier than those with a lower BMI but higher body fat. Ultimately, BMI is just one of many indicators of health.
A baby BMI chart can be found at various online websites. Some of the websites that display this chart are BabyCenter, BabyMed, About, Google Images and Patient.
well, you can have exceptions. A BMI chart may not always be the best way to see if you are healthy etc. Best person to ask is a doctor or nurse
"A BMI scale is used to calculate BMI or Body Mass Index; additionally, a BMI chart, formula, or a standard BMI calculator may be used to calculate BMI or Body Mass Index as well."

This site has a great and very explanitory chart about the bmi ranges http://www.cdc.gov/healthyweight/assessing/bmi/childrens_bmi/about_childrens_bmi.html
A bmi lower than 16 is too low. You don't need to lose weight at that number. A good bmi is about 18.5. Too high is 20.
Using BMI to measure overall health, without taking muscle tone into account, can give false results. People with lower body fat percentage tend to have a higher BMI without being overweight. BMI is no longer an accurate way of measuring overall health.
You should see a BMI Chart to figure out this sort of info. See: http://www.consumer.gov/weightloss/bmi.htm
It's mainly down to the BMI but do not be surprised if this comes out strange as it does not work always work fully/ as good as poss. on young adults/ kids! I calculated the BMI myself and it came out as 21.80 which is basically the ideal weight. Here is the chart in which you find out which category you fall into: Recommended BMI Chart Underweight BMI less than 18.5 Ideal BMI 18.5-25 Overweight BMI 25-30 Obese BMI 30-40 Very obese BMI greater than 40 So don't worry about it and make sure the BMI doesn't get too high. Hope this helps! P.S. the chart is an official chart (not something I have made up)
