This has to do with comprehension when reading.
Here- Are questions right there on the page. They are the questions usually about who, what, where when.
Hidden- Are found in different spots within the text. You have to bring different parts of the ext together for the full answer. How did the character feel? How do you know he felt that way?
Head- Questions that use your knowledge of life as well as the text to answer (inference). Why do you think the character felt that way?
