It doesn't actually have a real meaning, although some use it in slang to define words that sound like they should be real. In this regard, it is something of a paradox.

The reason for this is that the prefix 'lex-' refers to diction (speech) and 'lexy' sounds vaguely like 'sexy' which has obvious connotations of its own.
