I'm turning 13 in about a week. I don't know the exact number but I would say I get at least 1:30 to 2:00 per day. I'm very sporty and if you play some type of active sport during your lunch period, then you get a good amount of exercise. Also, most schools have after school sports available.
13 years of age is alot of years but its up to themdepends what shape there in and how commited they are!
I don't really know but the best thing i got is to drink milk stretch and do exercises.
A 10 year old boy should not be a large amount of strength exercises. Weights should be kept to a minimum. The best exercises for a 10 year old are simple exercises like pushups and squats and bicep curls with light weights. These exercises will work most parts your arms and legs. Proper strength training at a gym should not be attempted until you are at least 13-14 as it can cause damage that will become apparent later in life.
A 13 year old girl like my self should be able the run a mile at the least with out stopping if you are out of shape you can only run about a quarter mile some 13 year old girls can run two miles and some can run three. if you are out of shape you should build yourself up until you reach you goal.

121 pounds is equals to 55kg . As for 13 year old boy . You can say its healthy , as it can be counted as muscles if you have great body shape or quiet good muscles build . As muscles are heavier then fats .
