That tube is called the Urethra
Semen is not produced in the penis itself. Semen is produced in the testes, which are outside the penis, and it travels through a tube called the ejaculatory duct before being released from the penis during ejaculation.
Semen and urine travel through the urethra and out the penis.
In males the urethra carries semen from the ejaculatory duct outwards through the penis. The semen is directed from the reproductive organs through the vas deferens tube for semen that intersects with the urethra at the prostate gland. A valve there at the base of the urethra directs the flow of either urine or semen through the urethra and out of the meatus.
Semen:A thick, whitish fluid that is produced during ejaculation by male mammals through the penis and carries sperm cells.

Urethra, which is a tube-like passageway in the penis that has an opening called a meatus and transports both urine and semen, at different times of course.
Prostate secretion is called semen. It is a fluid with a milky appearance and helps to nourish and carry the sperm via penis (from testicles) during ejaculation. Prostatic secretion actually mixes with semen. The secretion liquefies the semen to allow it move through the penis during ejaculation.
The external organ through which urine and sperm pass out of the body is the penis. Urine exits the body through the urethra in the penis, while sperm is ejaculated through the same structure during sexual intercourse.
