I don't know if this will help, but I've taken unisom with a dose of Ny-quil before, and nothing bad happened.
That's not good. That would be two antihistamines and a respiratory suppressant. The active ingredient in unisom is an antihistamine...it makes you sleepy as a side effect. That's too many sleep agents.
