Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBO) has been used to treat radiation necrosis of the head and neckHBO is thought to repair vascular beds within the irradiated tissue, enhancing neovascularization and wound healing. The efficacy of HBO in the treatment of laryngeal CRN has been described in only a few case reports and series.
