The organ located in the left upper abdomen is primarily the stomach. Additionally, the spleen, pancreas, and parts of the large intestine, such as the splenic flexure of the colon, are also situated in this region. These organs play vital roles in digestion and immune function.
The spleen is located on the left side of the body, in the upper part of the abdomen, near the umbilical area. It is an important organ for the immune system and blood filtration.
The organ next to the navel on the left side is the spleen. The spleen is located in the upper left part of the abdomen, under the rib cage. It plays a key role in filtering blood and fighting infections.
Liver
The liver fills the entire anteroposterior depth of the right upper quadrant. It is the largest solid organ in the body and extends from the right upper quadrant to the left upper quadrant of the abdomen.
the splenomegaly is the enlargement of spleen; the spleen is a organ in the left upper quadrant of the abdomen( below the diaphragm and to the side of the stomach)
The right suprahilar region of the lung is located in the upper middle portion of this organ. The left lung also has a suprahilar region, but it is slightly bigger than the right.
The spleen is the spongy organ located in the left upper quadrant of the abdomen. It plays important roles in filtering blood, producing red blood cells in fetal life, and supporting the immune system. Any trauma or infection can lead to enlargement or rupture of the spleen, which can be life-threatening.
