Could be a pinched nerve. Relax and have a neck rub.
You probably burnt your mouth on a hot liquid and didn't notice it until now.

If you are allergic to something, your tongue may appear swollen or have red bumps or patches. It may also feel itchy or tingly. It's important to seek medical attention if you suspect you are having an allergic reaction.

I would say Stroke or TIA, sort of like a mini stroke. I would see your Doctor as soon as possible. Because if it is one of the two, you would have less complications by seeing Dr. as soon as possible.
A tingly sensation on the right side of the face can be caused by various factors, including nerve compression, anxiety, or a migraine. It may also indicate conditions such as a stroke or multiple sclerosis, especially if accompanied by other symptoms like weakness or facial drooping. If the tingling persists or is severe, it's important to seek medical attention to determine the underlying cause.
All tingly, like your vibrating. Don't do it, its really bad for you.
The digit often feels cold, numb, and tingly.
Sounds like there may be some pressure on a nerve, possibly in the neck.
It feels awesome! It feels like you have found the right person and all you need to do is spend your whole day with him/her! It feels tingly, like someone is lightly running there finger down your back. AWESOME really!
yeah, i ate about 8 of them in about an hour and a half maybe two and a half. the intarnetz sez i have something called stomatitis, wherein the irritant properties of a single pocketpak strip is multiplied as more and more are taken, there is a lump at the back of my tongue on the strong side (right handed, so right side of tongue predominantly used blah blah) along with a red bump, a weird tingly feeling, and a slight sense of inflammation all over the place, listerine pocketpacks can also cause dry mouth which along with my affinity for coffee has apparently made for a bad combination, feels like death valley in the middle of my tongue right now. anyway, use them like they were medication being careful to avoid overuse. hope this helped have a nice night dude, i'm gonna go gargle some hand lotion :P
