No. During the second world war, German allied with japan and fought together on USA. Atlast, German and japan lost in the Second World war and Hitler's rule was ended after the millions of death. There was a group of Japanese-Americans who were allowed to joing the US Army and became the 442nd Regimental Combat Team. They served in combat in Italy and Southern France. The ole movie "Go For Broke" and has a scene where the captured Germans are surprised to see "Japanese" soldiers fighting against them.
