Yes, the allies shipped lots of supplies from 1943 onwards. Most of it was shipped to Moermansk and that became site the for a lot ofcasualties for the allied navy. It is claimed that the supplies (tanks, airplanes etc) helped the Russians to stop the German offensive in Stalingrad.
