Pizarro's smaller army conquered the Incas primarily through strategic deception, superior weaponry, and exploiting internal divisions within the Inca Empire. They captured and executed the Inca leader Atahualpa, which caused chaos and weakened resistance. Additionally, the Spaniards formed alliances with rival indigenous groups who were hostile to the Incas, further diminishing the Inca's ability to defend themselves. The combination of these factors allowed Pizarro's forces to overcome a much larger Inca army.

Pizarro was able to conquer the Incas for many of the same reasons Cortes was able to conguer the aztecs. He had a very small, but militarily advanced army which was foreign and frightful too the Incas. In addition, the Europeans brought over those great diseases like small pox (also known as cow pox).

The Incas were able to conquer a vast empire through a combination of military prowess, advanced organization, and effective governance. They utilized a well-trained army equipped with superior weaponry and tactics, allowing them to defeat larger, less organized forces. Additionally, the Incas established a network of roads and communication systems that facilitated rapid troop movement and resource distribution. Their ability to integrate conquered peoples through diplomacy and the imposition of the Inca culture helped maintain control over their expansive territory.
As far as the incas they lost due to three reasons. 1. Fransisco Pizaro brought horses with him. The Incas had never seen horses and feared them 2. Pizaro's army had guns. The best the Incas had were spears and bows 3. The army brought diseases with them that the Incas had never experience and were especially prone to. Hope I helped This is my first post
