"Ngan Hang Quoc Gia Viet Nam" is Vietnamese for "National Bank of Viet Nam". The wording was used on the coinage (and, presumably, paper money) of the Republic of Viet Nam (South Viet Nam). As there was no South Vietnamese coin with a denomination of "1000", I presume that you are refering to a 1000 Dong bill from South Viet Nam. While I know enough to know that its value would depend at least somewhat on its condition, I do not know what the range would be, nor whether there were multiple issues of 1000 Dong bills.

How many MIG-21 Ace's did North Vietnam have?

As you can see the number of kills claimed by these pilots exceeds 91 aircraft which is the number confirmed by American forces during the Vietnam War. The kills claimed by the VPAF are obviously exaggerated in this list. If in fact the VPAF had as many aces as they claim many of these kills had to have been AQM-34 unmanned aerial vehicles, as many were indeed lost in aerial combat. As far as manned aircraft losses go if the VPAF even had as many as 10 aces then these would have had to have been the only VPAF pilots to score victories at all, because any more aces would have put the losses over 91, which would be over the number of actual losses suffered by the US. We will never know exactly how many aces the VPAF had, if any. But if in fact the VPAF had several aces, in order to not exceed the actual number of losses, and not state that only 10 pilots scored aerial victories, then there is no way that the North Vietnamese had any more than 5 aces at the most.

Depending on how "circulated" it is, it's worth between 25 cents and $3. Since it was circulating in the earlier years of the Vietnam war, though, it's definitely a cool keepsake item.

How do you pronounce Ngan?

Pronunciation will depend on the language the word comes from. But guessing I would say the 'ng' is pronounced like the 'ng' in hang. So if you say hang and notice where you tongue is at the end of the word (the back of the tongue is against the palate) this is where you start Ngan. The 'a' in Ngan probably rhymes with baa (sheep noise). The 'n' is probably the same as 'n' in ban.

Is a ngan-hang quoc-gia viet-nam 500 dollar bill worth anything in usd?

Piasters were the primary South Vietnamese currency during the Vietnam War. And US MPC (Military Payment Certificates/and US Greenbacks were blackmarket at the time) were always preferred by the Vietnamese nationals when dealing with GIs. Any monies by any other name are stangers to the Vietnam War.

Is a nam dong ngan hang quoc gia Vietnam 50 dollar bill worth anything in usd?

A 50 dong bill from the State Bank of Vietnam is worth a very small amount in USD due to the low value of the Vietnamese dong compared to the US dollar. As of my last update, the exchange rate for the dong is significantly lower than the dollar, meaning that 50 dong would be worth only a fraction of a cent in USD. If you have a collectible or rare version, it might have some numismatic value, but in terms of actual currency exchange, it is essentially worthless in USD.
