The regular postage, Hitler stamp was the common postage stamp used in greater Germany from 1941 until the end of WW II. It is very common mint and used, with the catalog price at 50¢ each for most of the 25-stamp set. Complete sets with the Mark values sell for $25. Blocks of four generally sell for three to four times the single copy price.
The U.S.

OSS created a Propaganda stamp with the inscription "Futsches

Reich" (instead of the standard, "Deutsches

Reich" inscription) and showing a skull super-imposed

over Hitler's face.
Look up "Operation Cornflakes" for more info. A single OSS propaganda stamp sells for $75. Beware of

fakes of the OSS stamp designed to fool the collector.
