If the Taliban had not supported al-Qaeda, the group likely would have faced significant operational challenges, including reduced access to training, funding, and safe havens in Afghanistan. This lack of support could have hindered al-Qaeda's ability to plan and execute attacks, potentially limiting its growth and influence. Without the Taliban's protection, al-Qaeda might have struggled to maintain its cohesion and leadership structure, possibly leading to its decline or fragmentation. Overall, the absence of Taliban support would have significantly altered the trajectory of al-Qaeda's activities and its role in global terrorism.
That is an opinion question that you must answer for yourself after studying the facts.
Supported not allied. Ho Chi Minh was trying to rid his nation from the "yoke" of European powers; had he allied himself to them...that yoke would have remained. Ho was supported by Warsaw Pact nations, Red China, and the Soviet Union.
Britain and France if your asking the question I think you are.
I Would Have Taken The Farmers Side Because They Were Able To Keep Thier Homes And Land On The Farm.

Taliban, although the name " fundementalist " is not clear and controversial as many people would interepret it differently and look at it from different angles.
The problem with the Taliban is they hold a very extreme view of Islam, and they try to impose it on everyone, even those who might not share that view. For example, Islam does NOT say women cannot study, nor does it say women cannot go to school. But the Taliban are opposed to women going to school, and have burned down schools and even attacked female students. Further, the Taliban have expressed their opposition to popular music, and do not want any kind of popular culture (including television programs) to be broadcast; they believe only religious studies are permitted. Some Afghans, fed up with corrupt local governments, at first supported the Taliban, because people believed the Taliban would be honest, since they were very religious. But the Taliban proved to be eager to hold on to power, and willing to kill those who opposed them.
is an Islamic fundamentalist political movement in Afghanistan
There is no coherent group of people who oppose the Taliban. Between 1991-2003, all of those various groups of warlords, tribal leaders, and strongmen who opposed the Taliban formed the Northern Alliance. However, they hated each other only marginally less than they hated the Taliban. It is likely that had they defeated the Taliban without foreign intervention that their government would have fragmented into immediate civil war.
She protested against women's schooling rights. The Taliban had shut down many women's school and Malala protested against that. The Taliban shot her and her three friends.

The IRA would win , they have been fighting for hundreds of years and they have more modern weapons with widespread support. They also have: support of the local people which cannot be said abiut the Taliban, More tactical training.
Because they believe Islamic government called "Shariah" and Shariah uses very cruel rules.......... For example if u stole something the taliban would cut your hands off.
Well the Nazi's during WWII did not care whether they were civilian's or anything, If the Nazi's had won and the Taliban attacked, The Nazi's would march through the middle east and slaughter everyone.
the IRA because they had home made weapons that where more effected
This is a grey area. You could make a convincing argument to either support "Yes" or "No", depending on what aspects of the Taliban you choose to highlight. If you focus on the Taliban's fights against the Soviet and American invasions, you could claim that the Taliban was anti-colonial. If you focus on the way that the Taliban ruled, by implementing a very strict reading of Shari'a Law, the Taliban are more easily viewed as a Reactionary local movement responding to the Westernization attempts of previous Afghan monarchies -- not colonizers.
