No. because even if Turkish army was not at height of its power i think it sounded pretty scary to ocuppy turkey... hittler couldn't take the risk of occupation of turkey instead of this idea he thought about cooperation with Asian Turks against Russia... after russia he would get over it someway. he tryed to cooperate with Asian Turks about occupation of turkey but as expected they were Turks and they did not want to fight against Turks. hittler sent so many Asian Turks to leningran also known as petersburg and various areas in russia.
