Not that I am aware of but he does enjoy the reputation of having co-founded the modern Civil Air Patrol 50 years or so ago. I am a 65 year old cellist living in Idaho. Mr. Bolognini performed on my HR Pfretzschner cello in 1956 in Las Vegas and signed the instrument parallel to the fingerboard on the right upper bout that same evening. I still own the instrument and his signature on it remains a treasure to this day over 55 years later! I also have his 33 1/3 LP album from 1959 which he gave to me the night of the performance.
