Get the book: WW2 Warship Losses; by David Brown. This book lists ALL warships (not submarines or Patrol Boats or Merchant Ships) lost; by cause, location, and country.

Thousands of them warships, cargo ships, fishing boats, submarines ETC supplying the names of them all would be a massive undertaking.
