It may have had the train station that they came from. It also gave extra information describing how they look and the behaviour and any medical information. On the back it sometimes has the child's number for example it may say, '4400'

In the English language evacuees is the proper reference for the people who had to evacuate. We would not say evactuationers or evatuators.
I know of no words that start with R for the words World War 2. Now if you wanted my ideas on the matter, I would say Righteousness VS. Evil would be the perfect description of World War 2.
