"Unum" is the Common Law
The first law is that which was perpetrated prior to the statuatory law being written, the law(s) currently in the law books
The second law is that which id described as undertaken without jurisprudence.
Example: A thief is caught Corpus 2 provides due porocess, a trial;, etc.
Corpus 1 is immediate action taken without any trial whatsoever, i.e. cut off the hand now...no trial, no hearing, etc.
