Badr is a location 130 km south west of Medina (Saudi Arabia).

The capacity of Muslims was less than one third that of enemy. Muslims were 313 only. The enemy were 900-1000 and much better equipped and prepared.

the battle Badr was caused because the meccans didn't like the way Muhammad would tell them that he is the prophet so then the meccans started a war over that cause
