My friend, I have the same problem. Is it from Chihuahua?
that should be 'byf 41 and that means it was made by Mauser. value depends on overall condtion................
value depends on overall condition. your mauser COULD be worth $900-$1200
It is not certain which model you have. Go to the link below to determine value, use the search feature on the right side of the page
When the US army first requested a pistol in .45 ACP, Luger submitted their signature handgun modified to fire that cartridge. Only a pair of these guns are know to exist today, and they are extremely valuable - one fetched $1 million at auction in 1989.
It is impossible to value a Luger with just a serial number.
100-1000 or more USD depending on specifics
$2000. More if it has leather, stock, and great condition.
no, just means gun made early 1941 (based on serial number)

You must seek the services of a qualified appraiser.
Between $100 and $10,000, depending on model and condition. There are MANY different Lugers.
Depending on EXACTLY what you have a few hundred to mutliple thousands of USD
anywhere from $1200 and up...........it's not so much the price as is who will pay the price ??
First, there are dozens of different models of Luger pistols. We cannot tell which is which from a serial number- serial numbers are NOT unique to only one gun in the world. One of my value reference books has 5 PAGES of Lugers. Second, the value of a gun (especially a collectible) will be driven by exact model and condition. Unfortunately, you will need a hands on appraisal from someone that knows Lugers. Value could range from a few hundred to a few thousand, depending on exactly what you have.
