the medical treatment was grusome and horrible. surgons would take saws and saw peoples limbs off without using sterol instaments of anastesea they would use alchohol. even then you could here the fatal screaming of a man fighting for what he bielves in. the surgons would wear an apron but not have time to change it or wipe the blood off his saw and other instraments. he wouldn't have time. so that caused a wide spred of disease and blood transfution.
