The answer for all three was are essentially the same; no one will ever be able to say exactly.

The closest to any exact answer that's possible is for the American Civil War, with about 620,000 dead - 360,000 Yankees, 260,000 Rebels.

In both World Wars the Russians lost far more men than any other participant, but in neither did they keep an exact count. This was especially true in WWII, where, even if they knew, they weren't about to say. The best guesstimates are that around 20 million died in WWII all together, and probably slightly more in WWI.
