The a-bomb was built in Oak Ridge, Tennessee - just outside Knoxville.

All atomic bombs built in 1945-1947 were built in Los Alamos, NM. Oak Ridge, TN only supplied the oralloy (Oak Ridge "alloy": weapons grade 80% enriched uranium) while Hanford, WA supplied the plutonium and polonium. The Navy supplied cordite and high explosives. Sandia in Albuquerque, NM supplied the custom bomb casings and electronics. Later factories (e.g. PANTEX in TX, Rocky Flats in CO) were built to do the assembly.
It took the US 2 to 3 years to build the industrial infrastructure needed to begin building Atomic fission bombs. When the US first started building bombs in those factories in 1945 they could build 3 bombs a month with the expectation by the end of the year of building 7 a month. You compute the time per bomb. But remember this is just beginning production, with each bomb hand assembled. These bombs were delivered by the factory to the field as a kit of parts in multiple crates. Assembly of a MK-III Fatman type bomb from this kit took 3 days in the field. At the peak of production both the US & USSR had the capacity to build 100s of Hydrogen fusion bombs per day! You compute the time per bomb. This was full assembly line production. These bombs were delivered by the factory to the field fully assembled and ready for use.

in the start of the war it was Roosevelt and when he died in 1945 Truman took over and he had to take the desicsion to drop the atomic bombs over Japan
After massive bombing raids had already devastated the Japanese home islands, the final impetus was the dropping of two atomic bombs on Japan, virtually destroying the cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Japan agreed to surrender just six days after the second bombing.
P-51 airplanes along with many others were able to carry external fuel tanks, rockets as well as bombs. They were not as heavy as the bombs that bombers dropped but they could still take out a building, train, tank, truck or just make a mess out of enemy soldiers.(I don't know why you would drop a bomb on soldiers though!)
Hiroshima and Nagasaki where the cities where the atomic bombs were dropped over in Japan.
If you mean the first two atomic bombs, see the link below labeled ATOM BOMBS. It will take you to an aticle on them with photos.
As of august 1945 the US had the industrial capacity to make 3 atomic bombs a month. In november 1945 this would increase to 7 atomic bombs a month. As Japan surrendered before this, the US scaled back production and had only made 9 atomic bombs by the end of Operation Crossroads in the summer of 1946, five of which had been detonated.

i would like to take away everyone's ability to make this dangerous weapon

Hiroshima and Nagasaki are the two Japanese cities that the United States dropped atomic bombs on during (and to end) the Second World War. 1. These aren't necessarily "battles". 2. They happened at the cities that are named in your question.
One. I mean like the charges that they use in 'Inception'
Tinnian, the same island that many of the 1000 plane firebombing raids took off from.
Harry Truman authorized the use of atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki on August 6 and August 9, 1945, respectively. The actual decision to use the bombs was made by Truman in July 1945. Therefore, the timeframe from the decision to the actual dropping of the bombs was a matter of weeks.
The Manhattan Project, the effort to create the atomic bombs during World War II, began in 1939 and concluded in 1945 when the bombs were dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. It took approximately six years to develop and produce the atomic bombs.
