Generally in West Tennessee.

Shiloh is located just north of Corinth, Mississippi in Tennessee. The Tennessee River crosses the state two times and divides it into 3 sections. The western section is referred to as West Tennessee.

Shiloh battle was called "Pittsburg Landing" by the northern troops. Pittsburg Landing was where General Grant unloaded his troops from his ships that came down the Tennessee River. So Shiloh is just west of this western portion of the Tennessee River.

Which battles on this map were fought in belgium?

To accurately identify which battles were fought in Belgium, I would need to see the specific map in question. However, notable battles that occurred in Belgium include the Battle of Waterloo in 1815 and the battles during World War I, such as the Battle of Ypres and the Battle of the Somme. Without the map, I cannot specify which battles are indicated.

Use the map to identify the location where twenty-four thousand soldiers were killed in a one-day battle and Lee lost his orders before the battle.?

The location where twenty-four thousand soldiers were killed in a one-day battle, and where General Lee lost his orders before the battle, is the Battle of Antietam, which took place in Maryland on September 17, 1862. This battle is known for being the bloodiest single-day battle in American history. The loss of Lee's orders, which were found by Union soldiers, significantly impacted the battle's dynamics.

What happened after Napoleon's defeat?

After Napoleon's defeat in 1815 at the Battle of Waterloo, he was exiled to the remote island of Saint Helena in the South Atlantic, where he lived until his death in 1821. His defeat led to the Congress of Vienna, where European powers sought to restore stability and redraw the continent's political map, establishing a balance of power that aimed to prevent future conflicts. The aftermath marked the end of the Napoleonic Wars and the beginning of a new era in European history, characterized by conservatism and a desire to maintain peace among nations.
