The value of a military payment certificate (MPC) ten dollar note primarily depends on its condition, series, and rarity. Generally, these notes are collectible items rather than being used for transactions, and their worth can range from a few dollars to several hundred dollars for well-preserved or rare versions. Collectors often refer to price guides or auction results to determine the current market value. If you have a specific note in mind, consulting a reputable currency dealer or collector can provide a more accurate valuation.
Military payment certificates, or MPC, was a form of currency used to pay U.S. military personnel in certain foreign countries. It was used in one area or another from a few months after the end of World War II until a few months after the end of U.S. participation in the Vietnam War - from 1946 until 1973. MPC utilized layers of linelithography to create colorful banknotes that could be produced cheaply. Fifteen series of MPCs were created. However, only 13 series were issued. The remaining two were largely destroyed, although some examples remain.[1] Among the 13 released series a total of 94 notes are recognized. With a few notable exceptions most of them, particularly in circulated condition, can be purchased at low cost.[2]History of MPCs

nothing, no depends on the shape its in
The values of MPC's depends upon the condition and the denomination of the certificates.
If the question is, have military payment certificates been issued at the 5 cent value the answer is yes. I have one and its the 611 series. It depends on the series and the condition. The 1st 2 digits in the series # represent the year it was made, the 3rd # which printing in that year. So the example above: 611 means it was printed in 1961 and it was of the 1st printing. Again, depending on condition of the note, it's probably worth about $5, give or take.
