good guy
Abraham Lincoln was much loved in the North. The North was mostly anti-slavery, and Lincoln was very much for that. That is why he won by a slim majority. haha, no not evwn. Abraham was from the south, not north. whoooooever said that, is dumb ---nobody said he was from the north... they said he was very much for antislavery... reread the answer? Actually, Lincoln represented neither; he represented the Republican party. He was thought to be an abolitionist but was more for stopping the spread of slavery into other states rather that abolishing it completely. hey guys. he was from the south & he was for the north duh... im in hisory right now & i think i'd know i just learned about this yesterday. kay?thanks.
Basically,, In 1605 Guy Fawkes set up a huge plot with many other people (go on www.guyfawkesplot.co.uk/peopleintheplan to find out who) and they set up a fire. Guy Fawkes WAS the leader unlike what people say about his team mate. Guy Fawkes wasn't actually called Guy Fawkes. His real name was Gary Hawkes but they called him Guy Fawkes because of 'TheGreatSignature'. The Great Signature was a piece of paper which was signed by Fawkes but got torn. It said... G y awkes. So people made his name Guy Fawkes. This was in 1601. Guy Fawkes set up the plot. Does this help? Hope so... :)
Kisame is a bad guy because he is the main enemy
He was a spastic
To me the worst thing would have been for the people waitng to hear Lincoln speak was that they had to listen to the guy before him for two or three hours
No. It applied only to states that had seceded from the Union, leaving slavery untouched in states like Maryland and Delaware. Maryland might have seceded from the Union and joined the Confederacy, but President Lincoln sent Federal troops into the Maryland statehouse and prevented the legislature from voting. Also, the Emancipation Proclamation expressly exempted areas in slave states that had already come under Northern control. So, the slaves in those areas had to remain slaves. Further, the Emancipation Proclamation had no effect on slaves in states controlled by Confederate forces.
Lincoln was not the main speaker at the dedication of Gettysburg cemetery. He was asked to make some preliminary remarks. His speech is remembered today because it is short, poetically written and to the point.
No, he's good
probably 'the Gettysburg Address'. just draw a guy with a beard and a hat Abraham Lincoln-style standing at a podium, with a crowd of people surrounding him, and a famous quote from said speech. like, "Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal."
