You can get a ruff estmate by counting the allies tanks which were used in WW2. However, soe tanks were abandoned by the allies due to variety of reasons. Over 225,000 tanks have been reported to be built but 75% were actually used mainly due to bombings and hijacks during non-combat scenarios or just broked down. So in total, the number of allied tanks used in ww2 in europe was about 180,000. According to certain sources the Allies in Europe lost about 140,000 tanks and 20,000 were due to mechanical break downs or abandoned due to damages recieved but nor destroyed. The total of Tanks destroyed by the Germans were about 110,000-120,000.
