The Germans would try to destroy ships at ports, ships in the Atlantic, the city of London and other cities that had war manufacturing. They tried to destroy the Royal Army Air Force bases and planes. They failed to understand the Brits were churning out 400 planes a month and they did not know where those plane manufacturing places were. They tried to destroy communication equipment, train tracks and anything that had to do with the military. The Brits were not the only once who suffered this way. France, Belgium and the Netherlands suffered too. Poor Poland was invaded and they took many of the Poles out of their country and put them into concentration camps. Some were killed before they even made it to Germany. Then they moved Germans into Poland.
Well, since the US, has never been allied with Germany in any war other then Afghanistan, trading with them during the war would have been an act of treason and would have nothing to do with Britain anyway. Other then that, I imagine you could consider Most Favored Nation clauses, impeding any beneficial trade favors made towards new trade partners.
Hitler was an Austrian, Austrians are ethnic Germans, that's why Hitler unified Germany and austria, even in 1871 the imperial Germans wanted t unify with austria, but austria had a dual monarchy with Hungary at the time

The antagonist
The Germans never sank American ships. They were focused on British ships. Americans on British ships were just unlucky. Germany ignored the threat because defeating Britain quickly, as they believed sinking supply ships would cause, would decrease the chance of American interference because their ally would have been defeated.
On August 29 1943 the Danish government, which had been working under protest since the German occupation in April 1940, stepped down (mainly because the Germans demanded the death penalty for saboteurs). To avoid that the navy's ships would be taken over by the Germans, the crews sank as many ships as possible and a few smaller units even managed escape to neutral Sweden. In total 32 ships were scuttled.

Nope. To a strict Muslim, even a drawing of an animal per se is forbidden, as someone might begin to revere it.
They tricked the other ships so they could attack and steal the treasure the other ship had. And if they were lucky, they could even take the whole ship!
No, in Uno you cannot stack draw cards to make your opponent draw even more cards. Each draw card played must be taken by the next player and cannot be stacked.

Throw ropes with hooks attached to ships or even castles to scale the walls or sides of the ships.
Well Even though the U.S. had been claming that we were neutral we were still producing products for France and Britian. When the Germans kept attacking our ships and killing Americans Willson asked for the U.S. to enter the War.
After the British victory over the Germans at the second Battle of El Alemain, Churchill made a speech in which he said, "this is not the end, not even the beginning of the end, but it just might be the end of the beginning".
