Why do people remember Adolf Hitler?

Hitler was so well known and still is because he caused one of the most remembered occurrences in history. Hitler caused the Holocaust along with his men. Hitler had an extreme hatred of Jewish people because many believed the Jewish were responsible for many of Germany's financial and government problems. When he became the Furer of Germany he decided that he wanted to created the master race (the Aryan Race). In doing this he called for a mass extermination of Jewish, Homosexuals, and people of other races that did not fit the mold of the aryan race (blond hair, blue eyed, tall, strong build). He sent all of the people that did not fit the mold to concentration camps where they were put to work then exterminated. Hope that helped, I am doing an in-depth study of his life for school.

Because he started one of the biggest wars the world has ever seen...WW2, and he also got the world out of the great depression.

The main problem in the great depression was unemployment, so when he started ww2 this created many jobs for people
