God knows better if I am right or wrong but with my strong feelings,
Radha being peace-loving person must have been deadly against war and she must had persuaded Krishna to avoid war and where he failed inspite of his best efforts and he felt ashmed to face Radha after Kurukshetra war that is why he did not meet Radha.

Krishna chose not to raise a weapon in the Kurukshetra war as he was serving as Arjuna's charioteer and had vowed not to fight. His role was to guide and support Arjuna spiritually and morally, emphasizing the importance of dharma (righteousness) over physical combat. By remaining unarmed, Krishna demonstrated his commitment to peace and the higher principles of life, while still playing a crucial role in the battle's outcome through his wisdom and counsel.
Sanjaya, the charioteer and advisor to King Dhritarashtra, provided him with a live commentary of the Kurukshetra War. Granted divine vision by Sage Vyasa, Sanjaya was able to see the battlefield and narrate the events to the blind king, allowing Dhritarashtra to experience the war vicariously through Sanjaya's descriptions.
