Well it would seem obvious that no countries involved in any conflict could take part in any olympic games, reasons as follows: During a global war there would be no venue or infrastructure to cope with it (imagine holding them in a bombed out London or Berlin in 1942?) The "games" would be the easiest way of planting spies The safety of the participants would be at geat risk Where would the participants come from?
