You must get the hive from the Arena. To get to the Arena you must go through the sewers, to get to the sewers you must go through the slums, to get to the slums you must send 4 minions to the Sedan Chair and walk inside of it, to get to the Sedan Chair you must go through the Empire Mainlands(think that's the area name).
