The top speed and endurance of the F-22 Raptor is classified at this time, although it's known to be capable of level supersonic flight. The F-15 Eagle, albeit older, has an amazing thrust-to-weight ratio and would also be a contender for this spot.
Guessing, because top speed and endurance are classified, I'd guess, in no apparent order:
1. F-22
2. F-15
3. F-14 Super Tomcat
I'd rule out the F-35 Lightning II and the F-18 Super Hornet. They're multi-role and some sacrifices to speed have been made. I'd also exclude the F-16 Fighting Falcon -- one engine and a lower thrust to weight ratio (akthough still ballistic and supersonic).
Russia is having the fastest fighter plane in the whole world

Messerschmitt AG invented the first fighter jet.
The speed of fighter jets is never recorded in MPH. -We use that figure here just for the convenience of people who don't understand Mach numbers or knots.
