Cheap? Won't happen. A quick search yielded several surplus retailers. Prices I saw ranged from $28,000 to over $60,000. Since I drove a variety of military vehicles in the '80's, and saw the type of abuse they received in peacetime, the last thing I would ever do is pay severs tens of thousands of dollars for a surplus vehicle that has seen combat. At least not one I could potentially be driving every day.
