the real question is.. Why arnt military jets loud
Not nearly as loud as many of the 60's and 70's jets.
The military uses engineers for a lot, they design better tanks, jets, jeeps, missiles, guns, bullets, and so on.
They have incredibly powerful engines. Most fighter jets are capable of flying faster than the speed of sound. An airplane traveling faster than the speed of sound will be seen before it is heard.
Military aircraft( combat planes/fighter jets/combat jets/fighter aircraft/combat aircraft). Military planes are airplanes that can carry weapons.
Yes, but so far mainly in the military. The most famous is the US Marines V-22 Osprey.
There is now-troops, tanks, jets, artillery, military style police.
A missile launcher, a military navy, and mostly fighter jets.
Callling in artillery was called "a fire mission." Calling in jets was called "an air strike." Ground troops engaging the enemy was called "CONTACT!" And it was yelled over the radio just as loud!
Commercial jets do. Military jets normally land on military airports/airfields. An example for such an airport is Edwards Air Force Base.
Military jets are typically stored and maintained at air force bases or military installations. These facilities have hangars and maintenance areas designed to protect the aircraft from the elements and provide necessary upkeep. Additionally, some jets may be kept in specialized storage facilities or depots when not in active service. Security is a top priority at these locations to protect the aircraft and sensitive technology.
bacause the jets are awesome!
The United States Military has enough airpower to eliminate any opposing military in the world in a single mission!
