If you have a basement, to find it, it go to your cub condo and go inside. Once you are inside, go towards the staircase. At the bottom of the staircase, on the floor is a paw print. Click on this and a screen will pop up stating "Upper Levels" and "Lower Level". If you have a basement, it will appear under "Lower Level". Click on that and it will take you there. Hope this helps.
