Nutmeg is a shade of Red and Brown.
When red and brown are mixed together, they create a darker shade of red, often resembling maroon or burgundy. The resulting color will depend on the specific shades and ratios of red and brown being combined.

Red and green make brown. Brown is really just a mix of a lot of colors all lower ratio in the mixture than red (To avoid making black) but to simplify it red and green will make a brownish color in Non-RGB situations (in these it makes yellow).
Red,Green&White
mahogany
red, blue, green, orange, purple, and yellow makes brown
The color that red, yellow, and blue make, is black. Although I read in a book that red, yellow, and blue makes brown. Though that is not true. If that wasn't the color you wanted, I would try doing gray, mixing the color with red. (That would turn out to maybe brown,) If it still isn't brown, Then you are out of luck. Sorry! :(
