So the rain water doesn't run off in large amounts onto people below. The reason to have rain gutters is to take water away from the foundation of the house. If water pools at the foundation or if the torrent of rain falls down and then enters below or at the foundation it may cause settling cracks. If you have ever noticed a house without gutters you will find that a line is formed that erodes soil and creates a place for water to pool or enter the foundation or slab. Recently other products have come on the market that are not gutters but a series of small metal ribs that cause the rain to disburse more rapidly ie "Rainhandlers" etc.
Vinyl blinds are preferred over aluminum blinds because they are more lightweight, easier to clean, and offer better insulation. Vinyl blinds also come in a wider range of colors and textures, providing more options for home decor.
Cleaning a vinyl fence is simple, as with the texture of the material, stains don't tend to stick. Here are simple tips for cleaning your vinyl fence: 1. Wash it using the spray from a garden hose, which should loosen and remove dust and mud. 2. Use a wet rag to wipe off marks that didn't get washed out. 3. For more stubborn stains adding a very small amount of bleach to the water should help. Note: avoid using a metal scraper as that may damage the fence. Hope this helps!
