Here is my personal opinion, I like the vinyl siding for its color fastness and longevity, but it does not look that great specially the trim. So when we rebuilt our house (Hudson Valley, NY) 15 years ago I specified red vinyl siding with white wood trim and corner board. I still looks great and no weather related problems, but we have had to re paint the wood trim once (3-4 years ago).

15 Hp cost
In addition to considering cost when you are trying to choose a siding for your home, you should consider longevity. If the siding is cheap but needs to be frequently replaced or maintained, it may be more cost-effective to purchase a more expensive but longer-lasting alternative. In general, vinyl, brick and stone veneers and some fiber-cement sidings last 50 years. Metal siding lasts around 25 years and wood lasts from 15 to 25, depending on the type of wood.
To determine the compatibility of a Siemens 15 amp breaker with your electrical panel, you should check the manufacturer's specifications for your panel to see if it is designed to work with Siemens breakers. It is important to ensure that the breaker is the correct size and type for your panel to avoid any safety hazards.
Look to see if the 30 amp panel is fed with a two wire or a three wire. If it is a two wire then you are out of luck. If the panel is fed with a three wire then the panel should have the neutral terminated in the panel. It is this neutral that you need for 120 volt connections. You didn't state how many panel slots there are in the panel. If you are able install a 15 amp breaker into the panel and connect the wires going to the load. The black wire will go to the breaker and the white wire will go to the neutral bar in the panel.
In North America the smallest size breaker found in a home distribution panel is rated at 15 amps
It's the 15 amp CTSY/CLK fuse on the fuse panel. The fuse panel is located on the right side of the instrument panel. Open the passenger door and you will see it.

To replace a 15 amp breaker in a circuit breaker panel, first turn off the main power switch. Remove the panel cover and locate the breaker to be replaced. Use a screwdriver to loosen the screws holding the breaker in place and disconnect the wires. Install the new 15 amp breaker by connecting the wires and securing it in place. Finally, replace the panel cover and turn the main power switch back on.
