If you are moving forward, the propellers are pushing it, if you are moving in reverse, the propellers are pulling it.
A pull propeller is more efficient due to the fact it is in clean/non turbulent air.
a Propeller
The propeller clearance of a ship, is the length a propeller extends below the hull (bottom) of a ship or boat.
The propeller or the "prop" or "screw" is the device that propels the vessel through the water by spinning , this is different from a jet drive, which sucks in water and shoots it out to push the vessel through the water.
The spelling "propellor" is a variant. The usual spelling is propeller (spinning blades to push or pull in air or water).
thrust from turbines or the pul from propellas
A ship is propelled by wind or a propeller, and an airplane is propelled by a jet engine, propeller or turboprop.
It propels.
When you enter the half-submerged ship, swim to the right in the flooded boiler room, and shove the wrecked machinery to the right. When it hits the bottom, the propeller will crash down on the left. Push it a little more to the right from where it lands.
Bronze and/or Brass.
Airplane propellers pull or push the plane thru the air. Without them, the plane will not move. Without them, you do not HAVE an airplane- you have a large, very expensive paperweight.
A small ship that can pull push other ships a million times it's own size.
