To get a mannequin in woozworld ypu could find all of Mya's bags (search where are Myawooz bags in this site etc) Or you could buy them from booya for forty for wooz

Mannequins are used to display or sell items of Clothing

you go the world symbol at the bottom of the screen, click it, click on woozworld plaza, then move the scrolling bar until you find 'Booya' (might not be spelled correctly here), go to the unitz booya and u can buy a mannequin there in a shop podz or you can find Mya's Shopping Bags

You can buy them at Booya! in Woozworld, but they cost wooz and I don't think you will find a un-smart enough woozen that will sell you one for beex.
