I don't know how to make them (because im just starting out) but you can find good videos of instructions on some websites.
As of now, there is no official world record for the longest box-styled gimp bracelet. However, individuals have made bracelets several feet long as a personal challenge. Record-keeping organizations like Guinness World Records may not have a category specifically for this type of bracelet.
From what I can make of it, the Gimp Turtorials do no download with the GIMP program, but instead they prompt you to visit the website. In this tutorial it will teach you how to use the product.
You find out!
First you go to Gimp. You go to file and you press New. Yout make the size how ever you like. Then, you can put a picture on Gimp and use the text bow to type.
It's an extrememly difficult process if you want to make it from scratch. It'd be easiest just to Open a picture in GIMP

To use ABR files in GIMP, you need to convert them into GIMP-compatible format. You can do this by opening GIMP and going to the "Brushes" panel. Then, copy the ABR files into the GIMP brushes directory, typically found in your GIMP installation folder under share/gimp/2.0/brushes. After placing the files there, restart GIMP, and the brushes should appear in the Brushes dialog.
You can use wirework or some kind of clay(to make a cuff bracelet).
yes
You iron the bracelet once finished. that should make it lie flat.

Gimp for upholstery is made from rubber and plastic, this make the finished product shiny and easy to clean but also stretchy and nicer for the wearer.
