How to make an arm cast (broken wrist) You need:

• 3 long socks with a whole cut for the thumb cut a few center metres off your elbow
• newspaper strips
• glue
• white paint

First you put on the socks. Then you dip the newspaper strips in glue. you put them all around the socks and maybe do a few more layers (kind of like paper mashe) so that your arm looks like a grey cast. you then get a hair dyer or something so that it dries.
